Air conditioning in the bedrooms The Price includes: - utilities: water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - electricity - weekly linen, initial and final cleaning - Zer0Dep Guarantee The Price does not Include - Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 50,00/week/animal) - Tourism tax (eur 2,00 per person per day for the first 4 days. Please note that children under 12 years old will not pay). Extra On Request: Extra cleaning (eur 27,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen change (eur 25,00 per person), heating (eur 200,00 per day). USE OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM (eur 500,00 per week or part of a week). USE OF THE VILLA FOR EVENTS exceeding the maximum sleeping capacity of the villa (32 people) have an extra cost (from 33 people up to 50 there is an extra cost of 700,00 Euros) (from 51 up to 80 people there is an extra cost of 1.000,00 Euros). N.B. For the organization of events no external providers are allowed, since all the arrangements must be made with the owners through Emma Villas. For such service it is required an extra payment to be calculated with the owner according to the request.
