Our property is located near a highway exit, in the southern part of Milano, 15 minutes away from the Milano center, 5 minutes away from Forum Assago (concert hall) and just between Humanitas Hospital and Tolcinasco Golf Club. Our goal is to provide a very quiet accomodation, in a very green area that couples a friendly service with a very cosy environment.

We dispose of three shabby decorated villas and two apartments into a very quiet and safe "Borgo". One villa hosts the reception and the restaurant, and the rooms are equally spread in the full property.

Our guests are coming for three main reasons: 1) Proximity to famous Hospital, University, Congress and Research center "Humanitas", we are basically in front of main entrance. 2) Business travellers find moderate prices coupled with excellent and familiar service 3) Fun travellers find convenient to stay at our place for going to concerts organized at FORUM ASSAGO or just for being close to a highway exit (1 km), in the southern Milano area
