The new loft ‘da Maria’, 110 sqm, is situated in Polpenazze del Garda, on the second floor of a private house, in a quiet area surrounded by the Valtenesi, known for its local products such as extra virgin olive oil and its wine. The apartment has a kitchen, equipped with kitchenware, a dishwasher, an induction stove, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and a coffe machine; a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a wonderful view of the lake; two double bedrooms (one of which has a safety deposit box) and one bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a shower and washing machine. The bedsheets, the towels and the Wi-Fi are provided by us. The free parking space is located underneath the apart.

Rocca di Manerba, UNESCO heritage, must be visited : you can reach the parking by car and than you have to walk for bout 10 minutes. At the top, you will see an amazing panorama of the lake. On the other hand, from the harbour 'Porto Torchio' in Manerba, you can reach the island 'Isola dei Conigli', exclusively by feet, by walking some metres in the water. From the same harbour you can also buy the boat-tickets to the other island 'Isola del Garda' and start from there your tour. On the first mentioned island there is a beach and bars, on the other instead, an ancient villa you can visit. Less than 20km from Polpenazze are situated also Desenzano and Sirmione (known for Grotte di Catullo, its castle and on the other side, SPA area). In Desenzano there are many shops and restaurants, but also the nearest railway-station (you can reach Verona, Venezia, Brescia, Milano).
