Comfortable 180 sqm duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people located in a period building without a lift (2 steps to access). Inside the building there is a historic religious building where a traditional festival is held on the last Sunday of August. The property is located in the municipality of Villa Guardia, surrounded by greenery and near the A9 motorway, convenient for reaching Como City 10km, Switzerland boundary 14km . The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofabed, dining table, Smart tv 43'', access to the garden. - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, moka. -BATHROOM 1 with sink and toilet. An internal staircase leads to the upper level consisting of: -BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, desk, access to the balcony. - BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds. - BATHROOM 2 with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet. -GARDEN of which a reserved part with dining area and another in common with deck chairs and hammock. - POOL shared with owners and other guests (seasonal opening) ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Independent heating, unlimited wifi, 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, high chair, cot. Being surrounded by greenery, it is a place to relax and spend a peaceful holiday in nature. The property is in fact surrounded by a green garden and where there is also a historic religious building where a traditional festival is held on the last Sunday of August. It is advisable to move by car to better visit the surroundings. the proximity to the Autostrada dei Laghi allows links between Milan and Como (reachable from the property in 20 minutes).
