Apartment in Venetian style, wide-ranging, bright and very welcoming. Equipped with all the comforts that will make the stay of those wishing to visit Venice unique, staying in a green, quiet and suggestive area. Equipped with a double bedroom and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and moka coffee maker; bathroom with shower, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer and a welcome set with shampoo and shower gel. Also for the first morning, a rich breakfast. Apartment very suitable for families as it is equipped with a play area for children, a bath, a portable changing table, a high chair, a toilet adapter and a set for eating. Also just below the house is a park for children very frequented by the Venetians themselves.

The apartment is located in a park overlooking the lagoon and San Marco. Within walking distance is a small supermarket, a pizzeria-restaurant, a bar. For the more sporty, around the park you can run and do gymnastic exercises on special tools. For those with children, you can let them play freely and safely on the swings and other games. Nearby is the Arsenale, a large area that in recent years has seen an impressive restoration, where once was built the fleet that has made the Republic of Venice an uncontrolled seafaring power. Today it is home to exhibitions, concerts, shows and ballets, as well as a venue for part of the Biennale. For those who want to enjoy a very "Venetian" climate, just a few minutes walk away is Via Garibaldi, which with its locals, which offer traditional food and drink and the frequentation of mostly Venetians, makes you breathe an atmosphere very cheerful and folklore.
