This exclusive detached property welcomes you with an elegant driveway and a large, always manicured garden, perfect for relaxing or organizing unforgettable dinners. The 12-person wooden table, wood-burning oven and barbecue add a touch of magic to outdoor evenings.

3 km from the sea! At your side you will find independent houses and then the Sarzana countryside with its fields and super relaxing sunsets! Within a 1 km walk you will find a padel field, a paintball field, a small children's park, a lake and several trails to immerse yourself in nature. Only 20 minutes by car you will find the wonderful gulf of poets with the beautiful towns of Lerici, Tellaro and Fiascherino and only 40 minutes by train you can get to the fantastic natural park of the 5 terre.
