La struttura si trova vicino alla fermata del vaporetto “Palanca”, nel quartiere, isola della Giudecca.Riguardo all’aria condizionata e’ presente un condizionatore mobile, spostabile ed un ventilatore non essendo possibile installare l’aria condizionata centralizzata perché’ l’appartamento fa parte di un edificio di interesse storico definito “Beni stabili”.
