Its proximity to the Bernina Express, the Sanctuary, and the historic center makes it easy to explore Tirano on foot, and the balconies offer the opportunity to relax in the sun or enjoy an outdoor meal with mountain views.
I am Angelo and I live in Tirano, in Valtellina. After a lifetime of work I am now retired, which allows me to dedicate more time to my passions: music, which I compose and play, and mountain excursions with my e-bike. I love my little dog Maggie, traditional cuisine (especially pizzoccheri), and the beautiful nature surrounding my town. Hosting guests gives me the chance to share all this and to offer an authentic and pleasant stay in Tirano.
The location is ideal for exploring Tirano on foot: the train station with the Bernina Express, the Sanctuary, and the historic center are all just a short walk away. At the same time, Tirano is a true crossroads for those traveling by car, bus, or train. From here you can easily reach the Engadin and the rest of Switzerland, the Upper Valtellina with Bormio and Livigno, the Lower Valley leading to Lake Como and Milan, as well as the Aprica Pass that conveniently connects to Valcamonica.
