Very close to the French Riviera in a quiet village in the province of Imperia, Liguria, lies this splendid flat which has been recently renovated. The property, measuring 100 square metres, is situated on the third floor of a family building and enjoys a splendid view over the village of Airole. The entrance opens onto a wide corridor leading to the living area. The open-plan dining room and kitchen feature country/industrial style furnishings. The wood-effect stoneware floors, wooden furniture and metal elements create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The large windows overlooking the terrace provide a breathtaking view of the village and valley. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, all bright and spacious. Two double bedrooms and one with a sofa bed that can be used as a relaxation area where you can read a good book. There are two bathrooms in the flat with full facilities and two spacious showers. The benefits of this flat are: The quiet and panoramic location The new and well-kept furnishings with recently restored period pieces The bright and comfortable spaces The modern and comprehensive services The breathtaking view of the village and valley This flat is perfect for a family or couple looking for a cosy and comfortable home in a strategic location.
