Ca' Yvonne is part of a Liberty building of the early 900, near the Gran Viale, the nerve center of our beautiful island. It is located 5 minutes from the boat landing for Venice’s historic center, 5 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from the site of the famous Film Festival. The house consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, a bathroom and a terrace. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (with set of sheets and blankets and two types of pillows), a very spacious wardrobe to store your clothes with mirror door, split air conditioning, electrical outlets (traditional Italian and German) and USB wall socket. The kitchen is fully stocked with every essential furniture. Dining table for 4 people, spacious refrigerator and freezer, microwave with different cooking modes, kettle and toaster, induction hob (for extra security), oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (with induction hob plate)kitchen utensils, glasses of various kinds, posted, glasses and plates. You can also find basic foods for cooking such as oil, salt, vinegar, for breakfast sugar, coffee, tea, etc. The living room, illuminated by 2 windows, consists of an L-shaped sofa and a 50-inch HD Smart TV. The bathroom consists of toilet, bidet, shower and sink and equipped with set of towels and bathrobe. Inside the bathroom you will also find the laundry area with washer dryer (washer and dryer). In the apartment you will find iron with ironing board and all cleaning products (broom, detergents, etc.). Finally we have the outdoor area, an Art Nouveau terrace with wooden table for 2 people. In summer, depending on availability, in the apartment there are also beach towels.

Hello, I’m Sara, born in this beautiful island that closes the lagoon of Venice and in love with her city. I embarked on this adventure of hosts after having renovated and divided my parents' apartment : Luciano and Yvonne, to whom I dedicated the name of the two structures. I work in the family business Ottica Zennaro, a shop opened for 35 years, and it is for this reason that together with me, to manage the two structures there are Margherita and Giulia, my two daughters. For me it is powerless to make the guest feel at home for this the accommodations are equipped with all the necessities and where the watchword is "cleaning". My advice for visiting Lido di Venezia: take a bike rental and take the whole island tour from San Nicoletto to Malamocco (old town) to get to Alberoni (where you find the most beautiful wild beach). If you still have time, from Alberoni a Ferry boat will take you to Pellestrina (fishing village) where you will find the best seafood restaurants.

The building is located in a side of Granviale Santa Maria Elisabetta, in the center of Lido di Venezia. Despite being a central area, it enjoys tranquility and all the comforts of a residential area. A few steps from the apartement you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, groceries, pastry shops, bars, restaurants, etc. A few steps away you will also find the beach of the Venetians for excellence and here you can spend peaceful days out of the hustle and bustle of the historic center of Venice and tourism hit and run.
