Dear Guest, we happy to give you some information about the facilities you can enjoy during your stay ;-) * Swimming pools open from May 25th till September 22nd ,2024 included! Swimming caps compulsory! New water parc Mago Bay from June! • Dogs are welcome only in our "Standard Villa with Garden View" and "Superior Villa with Garden View" on request, with an extra charge. • Dogs are NOT allowed in these accommodation: Mobile Home; Hybrid Lodge; Deluxe Bungalow mit Garten View. • Check in are between 3 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. In case of different time of arrival please inform us: we will do our best to meet your request and, in case of a late check in, informing you about price and possible conditions. • A private parking place for a car is already included in the rate. • Bedlinen as well as towels are included: every 4 days you could ask at the reception for a change, free of charge. • You will also receive 1 Wi-Fi code for a device at a time: however, since we are located in a natural park, we can’t guarantee a very strong connection everywhere in the village.
