Exteriors and pool Around the farmhouse a large 800 sqmt garden, with various species of trees for shade, entirely fenced. Behind the apartments the in-ground swimming pool measuring 12x6 mts with a depth from 0.90 to 2.40 mts. The solarium area is equipped with 10 sunbeds, 5 umbrellas and solar shower. Wood-burning oven, brick barbecue, games for children, a porch and two gazebos equipped for outdoor dining, a porch with table and chairs. A gate leads to a private car park with 4 covered parking spaces. Interior The structure (210 sqmt), made up of 3 apartments, develops entirely on the ground floor equipped with mosquito nets on all windows. To the left of the gate we find the 2 apartments (35 sqmt each), both with living room and TV, kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a shower bathroom. Passing in front of the laundry room (with coin-operated washing machine, ironing board and iron), is the 2nd complex (210 sqmt) with a dining room, which can accommodate the entire group with fireplace, coffee machine, dishwasher, a shower bathroom. Adjacent, is the 3rd apartment with living room and TV, a kitchen (electric oven, 5 burner hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms, one with enclosed shower bathroom and a bathroom with shower. Position Immersed in the cuntryside between Arezzo and Cortona. Ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays enjoying each other's company, but without giving up their privacy.
