Just 400 meters from the lake and beach, this first-floor apartment offers the perfect base for families or friends exploring Lake Maggiore. The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and a fridge-freezer. The bright living/dining area opens onto a balcony, creating a lovely space to unwind after a day outdoors. With three comfortable bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, everyone has their own space to relax. The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and a convenient washing machine. Central gas heating ensures comfort year-round. WiFi is included, and private parking is available for your convenience. Just a short walk from local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, this well-located apartment blends quiet comfort with village charm.
