Just steps from two quiet, private beaches, this peaceful home sits at the edge of the sea, facing the La Maddalena Archipelago. Located in the tranquil Pineta sector of Portofaro, surrounded by gardens and Mediterranean bush, it’s a place to breathe. This is a home with a soul — warm, spacious, and full of light. Set in the heart of the Marine Park, where silence is broken only by waves, it’s made for those who long for beauty, peace, and the rare pleasure of living right by the sea. ________________________________________ The Space • Sleeps up to 6 guests • 3 double bedrooms (2 on the main floor, 1 on the mezzanine) • 1 single bed (on the mezzanine) • 2 bathrooms (one per floor) • Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, and washing machine • Spacious living and dining area with sea views • WiFi throughout the apartment • Ceiling fans in main floor bedrooms; portable fans upstairs • The mezzanine level offers two semi-open bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, ideal for guests who want independence and quiet mornings

The Portofaro Residence is one of the most exclusive properties in northern Sardinia and offers its guests a safe and peaceful environment, suitable for a romantic getaway as well as for friends and families. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens where children can play safely, the beach is so close that moms can take care of them right from the window of the house. Palau, with all its stores, is only a 5-minute walk away, but there is no need to walk for coffee, ice cream, lunch, or dinner, because there is a bar and a restaurant in Portofaro. There are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, as well as local agritourisms offering traditional rural cuisine. The tasty local food and wine products (pork, fish, artisanal bread, wine, cheese, desserts...) are not to be missed! The town of Palau is only a 5-minute walk through a relaxing pine forest and footpath.
