The Casa Aida apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built building in Costermano sul Garda. The apartment, bright and equipped with every comfort, is composed of an open space lounge with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), double sofa bed in the living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The living room leads to the spacious terrace, equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning, underfloor heating (for a fee), Wi-Fi. Pets allowed with supplement. Free parking spaces available on the street. It can accommodate 4 + 2 guests.

Neighbourhood information

Costermano sul Garda, an old fief of the Santa Giulia Monastery of Brescia, is situated as if on a balcony on Lake Garda in the heart of the morainic amphitheatre, surrounded by Marciaga, which dominates Garda from above, Castion, at the foot of Belpo and Albarè in the Tasso plain. Among the many places of extreme beauty and suggestion, those that stand out are the Val dei Mulini and the German Military Cemetery- the place of rest for 22,000 soldiers, the 17th-century Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine del Soccorso and the striking rocks of Marciaga, where you can admire some engravings. In Castion, you can visit the Romanesque church of San Verolo, the elegant Villa Pellegrini Cipolla and the parish church of Santa Maria Maddalena, which houses a beautiful altarpiece by Brusasorci. Don’t miss the fascinating Villa Torri-Giuliari with its large park where, among other wonders, you can also find two oaks that have been listed as the oldest in the entire province of Verona.
