Bright and spacious villa ideally located a stone's throw from the lake and the beach. The accommodation is a 3 level villa with veranda, private garden and shared pool. Entering the gate, you will find a nice private garden with olive trees and a large veranda where eating, relaxing and enjoying your holiday. At the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room and a full equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. The entire room comes with air conditioning and mosquito nets. At the fist floor there is a brathroom with shower and there are 3 bedrooms. One is single and the other two are double, one with balcony with lake view. All the rooms, bathroom included, have mosquitos nets and the two double rooms have also air conditioning. The single bedroom has a modern tower fan. Underground there is a spacious basement room with a big table and anther kitchen, which is expecially suitable for winter meeting and dinners. The swimming pool is shared with the other 3 villas which are part of the residence and it is equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrella.

Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are walking distance too. The historical center of Sirmione is reachable on foot, with a 40 minutes pleasant walk on the lake or by car in 5 minutes. The entire area is full of beautiful places to see, cities to visit, such as Verona and Mantua and activities to experience.
