Casa Ale&Vale Assisi is a pleasant and welcoming apartment at the foot of Assisi, 15 minutes walk from the Porziuncola of Santa Maria degli Angeli, 100 meters from the train station and 50 meters from the Lyrick Theatre. Assisi can be reached in 10 minutes by bus or car while Perugia is just 20 minutes by regional train from the station. The apartment is a two-room apartment on the second floor, warm and bright, thanks also to the presence of a large French window overlooking on the balcony with table and chairs. It has a large living room with sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette, a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub. The rooms are bright and equipped with split hot/cold air conditioning. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, blankets, cotton sheets, high quality towels and a large wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases. The dining area is meticulously designed to offer comfort and practicality in a small space. It has a dining table with four chairs. The small kitchen is equipped with: induction hob (4 burners), set of pots, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker with pods, fridge. The bathroom, equipped with ventilation, is complete with all services: toilet, bidet, bathtub, sink with mirror, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The gem of the house is the presence of a balcony where you can relax. On the ground floors of the complex there are private gardens with benches and numerous commercial activities such as supermarket, bar, laundry, hairdressers.

The accommodation is located in a central and strategic place in Santa Maria degli Angeli. Near the structure there are renowned restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, markets, self-service laundry and ATMs. In the area you can also find: Lyrick Theatre, indoor swimming pool, Mc Donald's, restaurants, bars, gym, shopping centre, bank, post office, etc... all easily reachable on foot or by car.
