We have offices in Rimini, Porto Cervo and Ferrara. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Large apartment on the first floor of a four-family building in a residential area, 300 m. from the sea where there are beach areas equipped for all needs. In the immediate vicinity there are various services including a convenience store, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and the Metromare stop to quickly reach the center of Rimini and the surrounding areas. The apartment consists of an entrance, a large living room with a terrace and a table for outdoor dining. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one double, one with a French bed and a habitable terrace, one with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. Ideal for families, given the proximity to the sea and the size of the apartment. Television also in the two main bedrooms.
