We have a luxury, superior two bedroom apartment (one of which can be a twin or double bed), both bedrooms are en-suite. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and spacious lounge with original feature fireplace and fitted with a log burning stove for the cooler evenings. It is a relaxing tranquil environment, , but with modern touches such as a USB plug in the lounge, TV, and free Wifi. There is a separate laundry room for the use of guests. We are open all the year round and have had the apartment fitted with central heating making it very It is suitable for those who want to work remotely. We added a 10m x 5m swimming pool for the use of our guests , with spectacular views of the mountains. You can enjoy cooking in our original pizza oven and we offer a pizza experience where you can prepare your own pizzas and have them cooked for you. We achieved a dream and moved to Italy to live in 2018. It has been challenging in many different ways but we delight in being able to share the results of all our hard work with our guests. We work in the garden so that our guests can sit on the grass either near the pool, at the front and back of the house to immerse themselves in nature. There are beautiful beaches to walk on or you can go up into the mountains with a picnic, all of these places are within easy reach and of course tried out some of the restaurants serving local Italian food and wine. We can recommend days out for you and message you the links to make them easy to find. We will be here to greet you when you arrive as we live on the premises, and can give you advice and recommendations for most things and what we don't know we will find out for you.
The house is set in approximately 6,700 square metres mostly grass with some trees for shade and terraces to sit on to enjoy the stunning views of the mountains, the sunrises and the sunsets in perfect peace.. Casa Belfi is in a rural area, but not far from supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars. Details of these are in the information pack left in the apartment for you.
