Simonetta Demarchi, was born in Oleggio on January 28th , 1965. After completing high school studies in Novara, she attended the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Turin, that allows her to operate in the hotel industry for many years as administrative manager. Felled in love with the hotels world she has started a career as executive hotel manager and consultant that will continue until the year 2001, when she decides to restore the property named "Casa Bellavista", to turn it into a Bed and Breakfast, helping the knowhow of years of management of the major land hotels with a careful attention to detail and love for the kitchen, thus was born Casa Bellavista B&B. After a few years it will be reviewed internationally and recognized among the best in the area for style, atmosphere service and food.

A Tuscany bed and breakfast with authentic charm Hoteliers Simonetta and Guido provide a warm, family atmosphere and authentic cooking at Casa Bellavista, a charming renovated Tuscan farmhouse in the hills between Siena and Perugia in northern Italy. This gay-friendly, ecological bed-and-breakfast offers breathtaking views from comfortable, elegant rooms or the extensive gardens with swimming pool. Come and make friends with the dogs, Dante and Trilly, and the cats. Casa Bellavista offers a variety of activities from April to September. We have an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi mountain bikes, bocce (like pétanque or bowls), Ping-Pong, a field for soccer and a swing. We also offer cooking classes and tasting sessions of our own extra-virgin olive oil.

Location Casa Bellavista sits on a hilltop near Cortona, in the hills between Siena and Perugia and south of Arezzo. The area has many picturesque towns and villages with medieval and Renaissance architecture and vestiges of the pre-Roman Etruscan civilisation, as well as superb wines and cuisine
