Property for exclusive use Large villa, 250 sq. m., with 5 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds (fit for young guests), and 4 bathrooms. The villa has a park of 200 hectares. The pool (open from 1/5 to 30/9) is in a raised position, accessible via 26 steps (3x10m, 1 to 2.5 mt depht). The house is on several floors and is divided into two wings, internally joined. The main entrance leads to the kitchen next to the dining area. Six steps lead to the second wing of the house, where you find a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. A staircase with 14 steps take you up to the higher floor of the second wing, with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower. From the entrance, there are 14 steps leading to the 1st floor, with a small bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace. 4 steps lead to the studio, with a double sofa bed and access to a covered terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Three steps will take you from the corridor of this floor to a double bedroom, while three steps down there is another double bedroom. The house is accessible from 3 km of gravel road, not suitable for low cars. All bathrooms without bidet. The key holder will access the property on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm to clean the garden and do the swimming pool maintenance.
