The house lays in a very peaceful place and has a really breathtaking view! The house is not to get by bus or train: having a car is a must! The house is divided into 2 big apartments that can be rented together by a group of people or 2 families travelling together. It is surrounded by a big sunny garden and 500 olive trees. Both the apartments have kitchen, dining roo, living room and a bathroom with shower on the groundfloor with direct access to the garden. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and one more bathroom with shower. The place hosts up to 12 persons having 6 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms (with shower). The house has independent heating system and fireplaces in the living rooms for the colder months. In both living rooms and in some of the bedrooms LED TV (no satellite) The kitchens are completely furniture and equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas hobs, coffee machine (both electric and moka) and obviously cutlery/pottery/stoves. Bedrooms’disposal: 4 double bedrooms with bed size 160x200 1 double bedroom with bed size 140x200 1 single bedroom with bed size 120x200 The big garden is completely at your disposal, with pool and Barbecue.

Who are the people on the picture above? Starting above left clockwise: Fabio, Elena and Giulia. Fabio is the owner of the house and you will meet him almost daily on the proprety because he takes care personally of the olive trees, plants, garden. Giulia is Fabio's daughter. She will welcome you and will be at your disposal for any question you might have. Elena: that's me, the one who is writing. We had a dream: living in the countryside. That's why we bought this house many years ago. It was almost ruined and it took a lot of money, patience and time to restore it. We did never really move to Buriano. We had our jobs in Prato - where we lived and are still living - children went there to school and did not want to move and lose their contacts. So we spent our spare time, weekends and holiday here. Now things have changed: facts of life brought us to spend less time here in Buriano...But we do not like watching this amazing house being empty and looking like a as a still life picture. We like to take care of our olive trees, garden and veg garden. We also have some hens and ducks on the ground that need to be fed everyday. So during your stay we will be in Buriano for a couple of hours usually in the morning. We try to be as invisible as possible, but if you need an advice or need helps or just like to do some small talks, you know we are there!

In the near village Quarrata (about 4 km) you will find everything you need: supermarkets, bakery, butcher, post office and of course restaurants and pizzerie.
