Ground-floor cottage located in a quiet area in the heart of Franciacorta, accommodating up to 6 guests. Just a few kilometers from Iseo and the S. Rocco Clinic, 10 minutes from the Franciacorta Outlet, and about 30 minutes from Lake Garda. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a spacious master bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 fixed beds and 2 pull-out beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, and private parking. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed
I have recently ventured into this new experience and I am thrilled. Upon your arrival you will find: - beds with sanitized linen - Set of towels - Courtesy products for personal hygiene - Toilet paper - Dishwasher detergent - Coffee machine with welcome pods - Water in the refrigerator - oil vinegar salt and sugar. - table for lunch in the garden
Quiet area 20 minutes from Brescia, from here you can easily reach the two main lakes: Iseo with the Torbiere del Sebino and Garda with its numerous attractions. The area is loved by sportsmen and full of paths for hikers. It is located a few km from the Franciacorta golf course and the Franciacorta racetrack. It is 5 minutes from the San Rocco Clinic and 10 minutes from the Franciacorta Outlet. Other areas of known interest are the Pyramids of Zone and the Camuni Rupestrian Park
