Slope-side 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-balcony 1st floor condo on 2 floors with spectacular Matterhorn views. 75 sq meters. Safe, accessible. Quiet, charming, well-kept and comfortable home with WIFI, fully-equipped kitchen and appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, water boiler) and bathroom fixtures, accommodation for 4 people, in well-maintained building with on-site caretaker and video surveillance. 120 meters from main gondola lift and ticket office, and close ti ski rental shop. Less than 10 minute walk to village center, supermarket, dining and shopping. On road parking on private road, elevator, ski locker for 4 with boot ventilation. Ski in from Ventina slope n.7 you can follow small trail up to the condominium. Local tax of Euro 2/day/person is to be collected on arrival
I love sports and love to ski and have been going to Cervinia for decades! Enjoy hosting couples and families from all over the world, and pleased to share my experience of Cervinia with you. Come and enjoy the Aosta Valley and the sensational ski area we have in Cervinia, Valtournenche and Zermatt.
Walking is preferred means to move around, parking in the village is scarce. Village center is less than 10 minutes walking distance. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets catering to all tastes. Main gondola and ticket office is 120mt from home. Ski rental and sports shop is also there. Ski in possible from Ventina slope n.7 leading you to the condominium.
