A house near the sea, reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a long terrace, three comfortable bedrooms, kitchenette and dining room, living room. With all the comforts for a short or long stay in Marotta. Animals are allowed, if they are small. Families are welcome: if you need something, all you have to do is ask. Motorcyclists are welcome: the bike is a family passion.
Mom, journalist, blogger, I live in Marotta thanks to my husband, a native of here. And I love her from the first day I saw it. A quiet place to live and where to stay on holiday!
Marotta is a quiet seaside town in the Marche region. It is located between Fano and Senigallia, easily reachable by car or train: the train station is not far from our house. Close to the highway exit, but also very close to the sea. Nearby there are restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, discount stores, pastry shops. Possibility to also have bikes to easily reach any place. There are many places of interest in the area: Fano, Senigallia, Pesaro, Ancona, Recanati, the caves of Frasassi, Urbino, Gradara, Gabicce mare and monte and much more.
