Casa Costa is a spacious, newly renovated 103 sqm flat located 400m from the historic centre of Lerici. The nearest bathing places can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot, close to the flat there is everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets (150m), bars (10m) and various kinds of shops. The flat has free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, an entrance hall and two balconies. The first bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror. The second with two single beds, a sofa bed on request, several wardrobes and a first Smart TV that can possibly be moved to the first bedroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a circular table with six chairs, a 42 inch Smart TV and a small art exhibition by a painter ( 4 paintings ). The bathroom is complete with even a bidet and has both a bath and a shower, so you can take two baths at a time perhaps after a busy day at the beach. In the bathroom you will find a welcome kit containing shampoo/shower, bottles of intimate hygiene, disposable shower caps, soap, roll of toilet paper. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with products for using it (laundry detergent and fabric softener) and a hair dryer. The kitchen is complete with a large table with six chairs, hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, moka, all cooking and eating utensils, plus you will be greeted with a surprise welcome kit. Towels and bed linen are provided by us.

I love to travel, I have visited many countries with respect and curiosity. I have many passions such as painting, cooking, swimming, cats, and I have a degree in computer engineering.

The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from the center of Lerici. This small town poetically overlooks the sea and in addition to offering various picturesque places for bathing, various restaurants of the highest level is also an excellent "home base" to be able to visit the Gulf of Poets in particular Portovenere, the three islands Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto and the 5 terre. These places are easily reached by a ferry that can be taken in the port of Lerici. Of Lerici I admire certain contrasts...the genuineness of the fishermen who in the morning tiredly land at the harbor to bring fresh fish to serve in restaurants or to sell in the fish market...the upscale restaurants and lounge bars that welcome tourists from all over the world...the seagulls that echo high in the sky in search of meals and freedom...the crystal clear water that in addition to refreshing us in the summer hosts a world to be respected and admired.
