Casa del Pescatore is a brand new apartment, located in Isola delle Femmine, in a quiet area a stone's throw from the historic center and a few minutes' walk from the sea and the beach. The apartment has all the necessary comforts to guarantee a pleasant holiday. The apartment (located on the GROUND FLOOR) consists of entrance into the living area, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. BEDS The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, 2 of whom in the bedroom with double bed and 2 in the bedroom with bunk beds. WIFI The apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. LINEN The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE The apartment has a washing machine. Guests can use it at no extra cost. KITCHEN The kitchen is complete with utensils, pots and pans, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and fridge. PARKING AREA The apartment does not have private parking but it is possible to park your car on the street.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the center of Isola delle Femmine, a few meters from the main square, a two-minute walk from the small port where the Fresh Fish Market takes place every morning and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. A few meters from the apartment there are many commercial activities, from supermarkets to bars, pizzerias, bakeries, ice cream parlors, etc ... To stay in our apartment it is not necessary to rent a car as in Isola delle Femmine there is the railway station that connects the city to Palermo airport. The station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Furthermore, from Isola delle Femmine it is possible to reach both the historic center of Palermo (by train) and the beach of Mondello (by bus).
