The apartments are located in Casalabate, Marina di Squinzano 50mt from the sea, 30 mt from the seafront, in the immediate vicinity supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, children's play area, bathing beaches. The sea breeze on sultry summer nights will accompany you on your vacation.
The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
Casalabate is a seaside resort located on the Adriatic coast appreciated for its seaside promenade, surrounded by beautiful clubs and restaurants. It is about 16 km from Lecce, the beautiful Baroque city, and 24 km from Brindisi. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria a Cerrate. Nearby are ancient farms, rocky beaches and sandy beaches. At 6 km is the renowned Rauccio Park, an example of the great system of woods and marshes that in the past stretched along the coast between Brindisi and Lecce.
