The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Casa delle Querce is located in a residential, hilly and quiet area 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle from the walls of Lucca. You will be staying on the first floor of the house, with exclusive use of the swimming pool and the garden: you will be able to spend relaxing moments with family or friends, having lunch outdoors and using the barbecue. Private parking inside the property. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, a kitchen and balconies overlooking the pool and the surrounding countryside. The location is strategic: in addition to the beautiful city of Lucca, you can reach the coast of Versilia or the city of Pisa in half an hour by car. The Garfagnana, the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, if you love nature, trekking and mountain biking, are a 1-hour drive away.
