Immersed in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, among olive groves and woods, the "Casa di Sasso" residence welcomes you with its splendid view over the medieval city of Arezzo. Casa di Sasso is a holiday home divided into 3 apartments that can be communicating, so it is possible to rent 1, 2 apartment or the whole house, which can accommodate up to 16 adults.The apartments, recently renovated, are characterized by bright furnishings in an elegant country style, equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and private gazebo Guests can also enjoy shared common areas, such as a large outdoor parking area, a seasonal swimming pool with hydromassage, a barbecue area and outdoor oven, a panoramic terrace furnished with lounges and tables, a shady garden equipped outdoor games for children.The center of Arezzo is about 10 minutes by car and the estate is connected to the main road by a picturesque and sug it ran a 1.5 km unpaved road. The property is 15 km from the A1 motorway, in a strategic position just 1 hour drive from Florence, Siena and Perugia.
Restructuring "Casa di Sasso", designing and creating many new outdoor areas to ensure relaxation and leisure for the guests was a great challenge that my entire family has been busy for months ... We can say, in retrospect, that we were gratified by the gratifying compliments of the guests who have shown that they have appreciated the results of our commitment. Getting to know so many people from all over the world and doing everything possible to make their stay pleasant and relaxing is the thing that repays us most for this activity and will continue to be our main objective. We will do our best to always meet our guests' expectations.
The property covers 14 hectares, and includes over 1,200 olive trees and wooded areas. Both the olive grove and the forest are easily accessible for walks, For lovers of mountain biking or trekking there are beautiful trails to explore. The center of the beautiful medieval city of Arezzo is only 4 km away. Nearby there are famous tourist resorts such as Cortona, Anghiari, Castiglion Fiorentino, Poppi ... The cities of Florence, Siena and Perugia are just 1 hour away by car. Rome and Bologna are 2 hours away by car.
