A wonderful villa with a large outdoor space, perfect for evenings with friends, featuring a wood-fired oven and ping pong tables. Inside, you'll find all possible comforts and two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning.
All of this just a few minutes from the sea!
The villa is independent, with access through a courtyard filled with beautiful olive trees and the wood-fired oven. Inside, there's a living area with a sofa bed, smart TV, dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook—dishes, utensils, and all appliances, including a dishwasher.
There are also two large double bedrooms; in one, there's the possibility to add a single bed. Both rooms have a dresser and a four-door wardrobe. The mattresses and pillows are new and extremely comfortable. The rooms are bright and equipped with air conditioning.
Finally, there's a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
