Located in Alessano, this holiday home consists of two independent apartments. Outside, you will find a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets in the peaceful countryside. Shared street parking is available, as well as an electric car charging station for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property. The location is perfect for exploring the most beautiful beaches of Salento, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car. You can visit Marina di Novaglie, with its wild cliffs and crystal-clear waters ideal for snorkeling, Santa Maria di Leuca, where the Adriatic meets the Ionian Sea, or Pescoluse, known as the Maldives of Salento, with white sand and clear waters.
