The property, spread over three floors, consists of a living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available. The apartment features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening. Within the property, you will find the Parco delle Terme di Comano, perfect for walks and relaxation, with playgrounds for children, a Kneipp path, and areas dedicated to barefoot walking. The Rio Bianco waterfall, Bosco Arte Stenico, and Balbido (the painted village) are easily reachable from the property. A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided. Pets and parties are not allowed. The property provides guidelines for correct waste separation; further information is available on site. A convenient self check-in system is available. Please note that the building has three flights of stairs: the first connects the ground floor with the main apartment, while the next two flights, inside the apartment, lead to the bedrooms. These stairs are not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Upon reservation and for an extra fee, you may access a large private garden of 800 m², perfect for relaxing, with a large table for ten people.
