Nearby you will find bars and restaurants that can also be reached on foot. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
