Apartament pozitionat la 20 km de Firenze , 800 metri distanta de gara, situat intr -un orasel , in inima Toscanei, aproape de satele San Gimignano , Montepulciano , Volterra, drumul Chianti, la doar 6 km de Castelul Nipozzano-Frescobaldi, acces rapid catre Firenze, Lucca, Pisa , Siena, Cinque Terre. Locul ideal pentru o experienta unica in cea mai frumoasa zona a Italiei, pozitionat langa osterii, pizerii, supermarket Coop, etc. Casa Flavia ofera un spatiu bine utilat intr -un cadru tipic italienesc , curat si bine ingrijit. Este pozitionat la etajul 1 al unui bloc cu doua rânduri de scări , fara lift, nerecomandat persoanelor cu dificultati de miscare. Oferă dormitor cu pat matrimonial , canapea extensibila si baie proprie si un living cu canapea extensibila si baie proprie.
