House renovated in 2019, fully equipped. A kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, bread machine, etc. 2 bedrooms, one with dressing room and view of the Lake, with bed of 180cm. The other bedroom also has a dressing room and a 160cm bed. A mezzanine with a sofa bed of 160cm accepting 2 children. A bathroom with walk-in shower, a single sink unit, a toilet and hairdryer. A living room with sofa for 6 people, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a set-top box, Wi-Fi and access to Netflix. Living room with a table and 6 chairs. A storage room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and toilet. A terrace with a view facing the lake, equipped with a table for 4 people. A large terrace overlooking the Lake with a table for 6 people, and a back terrace with table for 6 people and a gas barbecue. A garden with 2 deckchairs and parking for 2 cars as well as bicycles or scooters.
House located at 300m altitude, with breathtaking views of Lake Garda. House away from the noise, but 4 kilometers from the center of Toscolano-Maderno, 10 km from Salò. Sirmione is 40 km away. Via the boat "Traghetto" that is located at the port, you can cross Lake Garda in 20 minutes with your vehicle to get to Torri del Benaco, then 10 minutes to go to Bardolino or Garda. Lakes Idro and Iseo are not far away. Verona is 1 hour by car and Valpolicella 50 minutes via the "Traghetto". A riverboat can also drop you off in several cities, including Sirmione and Salò. Riva is 40 km away.
