Splendid two-storey villa, free on three sides, with garden. In a very quiet residential area, 900 m from the sea and with all necessary services nearby. The beautiful beach of Lido di Camaiore can be reached with a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bicycle.
In the residential area 'Quartiere dei parchi', 900 mt from the sea. Many services nearby: bars, restaurants, shops (fishmonger, bakeries, greengrocers, herbalist, electrician, stationer, perfumery shop, etc.). Bicycles (there are several bicycle rental shops). Two bicycles are available in the house). Bus stops within walking distance (also to take the bus to Viareggio station).
