Located between Asciano and Siena, the ground-floor holiday apartment is part of a lush complex of 18 apartments and offers a well-equipped and peaceful location to enjoy a fun-filled and relaxing vacation. The complex benefits from a massive shared swimming pool, a large communal garden, as well as, a 100-square-metre private garden with an inviting, equipped pergola with open-air dining. - Damage deposit: Euro 400 will be charged for the groups under 21. - Town tax is also to be paid on the spot at EUR 2 per pax, per day, up to 7 days. Guests up to 12 years of age are exempt. - If necessary, GAS for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of clima, must be paid on the spot: Euro 1,2/mc.
