Bright room of 50 square meters 350 meters from the sea, with 1 double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe with sliding door. Living room with1 sofa including 1 sofa bed. TV, small table, cupboard and refrigerator. Small bright kitchen with oven, toaster. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. At guests' disposal a part of the large garden, with chairs and chaise longue. The house is accessed by a private gate. Public parking. NO animals.

All the main shops, such as pharmacies and supermarkets, are within walking distance, as are restaurants and pizzerias. Getting around the area You can enjoy the view of the island of Elba from the beautiful Piazza Bovio a ten minute walk away or stroll through the characteristic alleys of the historic center. Many beautiful beaches and archaeological sites within easy reach: Baratti and Populonia at 10 Km; Nature reserve, beaches of fine sand and baths on the east coast at 10 km. For an excursion to the inland areas not to be missed: Campiglia Marittima at 19 Km; Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci with fine wines and restaurants 37 km away; Massa Marittima with its marvelous cathedral at 43 Km. You can go from the port of Piombino to the island of Elba in 1 hour by ferry. Railway station about 900 meters. Pisa airport about 100 Km
