Independent house in Cuasso, "LA PAUSELLA", farmhouse from the early 1900s, surrounded by greenery, with a large private park, 5 minutes from Lake Lugano (Porto Ceresio) and 15 km from the city of Varese. Adjacent to the regional mountain bike track, with the possibility of participating in Nordic Walking courses. Walks and trails on marked trails nearby.
