Casa Costa is a beautiful stone rustico in Costa. The place can be reached via easily navigable roads. A small private road that can be used for loading and unloading leads directly to the house. On 2 floors you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, the cozy kitchen with wood stove & # 47; wood heating and a small walk-through room with another sofa bed, e.g. for a child. From this room you can also access the terrace from which you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the mountains. In this cozy stone house in a very small village, which consists of only a few houses, relaxation and nature await you wherever you look.

We bought this house as a ruin in the 1980s and turned the ruin into a great and cozy holiday home, where our family went on vacation every year and sometimes still does.

Here in the mountains there is absolute peace. There are extensive hiking trails. Discover the nature around the house easily or relax on your terrace and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the mountains. Hikers and bikers also have a great base from here. If, after a few days, you feel the need for more and the sea, you can quickly reach the neighboring towns and in just 30 minutes you can also be on the coast, including the chic city of San Remo. From there you drive another 30 minutes to France. That is the absolutely great thing about this part of Liguria: You connect every kind of & quot; Lifestyle & quot; within a very short time. Alternatively, quiet or hustle and bustle can be had within 30 minutes.
