Casa Leone è un affittacamere appena ristrutturato nel centro a Lerici, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dal mare. La struttura si trova al primo piano di palazzo storico ed ha un ingresso indipendente. La camera matrimoniale è dotata di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, wifi, tv e di un tavolo pieghevole con sedie utilizzabili all'occorrenza. La camera è dotata di un piccolo frigo, un forno a microonde e di una macchina per caffè con cialde. Il bagno è in camera e dotato di doccia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti ma di piccola taglia dato che non ci sono spazi esterni e gli spazi sono ridotti essendo una sola camera.
La struttura si trova sulla scalinata che porta allo storico castello di Lerici, vicino a tutti i servizi, alla piazza principale e al mare e alle spiagge del paese. A Lerici è presente un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento che dista circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. E' possibile arrivare con l'auto a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura per scaricare i bagagli. La struttura si trova nel centro storico e in zona pedonale. A Lerici si può arrivare anche con i mezzi pubblici: con treno fino alla stazione di La Spezia o Sarzana e poi con bus ( 30 minuti circa) o taxi fino a Lerici.
