Code CITRA 011027-LT-0093 The apartment is very large, furnished and newly furnished, especially those who love cooking can prepare all kinds of pizza and roast meals with a good ventilated electric oven and the fridge is very large and performing. At guests' disposal there is a large garden and large common areas to share with the family of the other apartment but very often it will be possible to enjoy it for exclusive use. The property is very intimate where privacy and relaxation are at home and the area is residential but not chaotic and well connected to the city via public roads and public transport

Neighbourhood information

My favorite excursions are the island of Palmaria / Pozzale, which is reached by taking the boat from Portovenere and the 5 lands that it is best to get on a motorbike or by train. The position of the house is very strategic both for sea excursions and beach life (in 9 kilometers Lerici and San Terenzo or Marinella di Sarzana) as well as for mountain tours and visits of renowned and suggestive ancient Tuscan villages of Lunigiana; You can reach in a short time (train or car) art cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca, the movida of the exclusive Versilia is a few kilometers away, in an hour there is Genoa and its wonderful aquarium and continuing for a 'Now you cross the French border by finding the blue coast and Montecarlo but I could to continue .......
