An excellent solution for those who love the sea. Dine on the balcony with a sea view, sip a good coffee with the spectacle of the sun rising on the horizon or even better a glass of "Abruzzese" wine as the evening falls with the sunset in the background. Splendid walks on the beach breathing in the scent of the sea. Everything you need for a super stay, vacation or work, always in the name of complete relaxation. The structure is almost right next to the seafront, a super convenient location, few apartments have this convenience in this seaside area. Before 2022, the birth of Casa Alma del Mar, the apartment was already used as a "holiday home", but with the new ownership it has been given a "truly special" touch, taking care of the details and the well-being of the guest. The services nearby make it even more convenient to stay, easily reachable by car or by public transport. Parking is conveniently found sometimes even right in front of the entrance to the condominium. When we say goodbye to the guests, they leave with the hope of returning for a new stay.
