Here you can relax without any disturb. It is less than 150 meters from the lakefront, so you can reach it in less than two minutes on foot! Furthermore, less than 50 meters from the house you will find one of the most popular panoramic terraces of the entire Upper Lake, from which you can see the entire lakefront of Gravedona! Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy). You find a bus stop at just 50 meters, and boat pier at 200 mteres from the house.
