House located a few meters from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, in a quiet and peaceful area, equipped with all comforts with a green area ideal for pets, private and shaded parking, 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a bunk bed (6 beds) with the possibility of two cots, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot water. The water il from a spring well so it's not drinkable.- This property also offers an outdoor area with table and barbecue, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, an oven and a microwave oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher and air conditioning. Set of sheets and towels. Nearest airport at 60 Km. (Brindisi Papola - Salento Airport)
