For added flexibility, the villa can be divided into two apartments, making it an ideal retreat for couples traveling together or extended families seeking both shared moments and private spaces.
Our completely private Villa is located in the heart of the Marche region, near the medieval village of Mondavio, renowned for its impressive Rocca Roveresca and breathtaking views. Nearby you can explore historic villages like Frontone, with its charming castle, or visit the Fonte Avellana Monastery, a peaceful retreat perfect for meditation. Nature and hiking enthusiasts can explore the scenic trails and stunning landscapes of Mount Catria. If you prefer the sea, the beautiful beaches of Senigallia are just 20 minutes away, and the Riviera del Conero is 50 minutes drive away. Art lovers shouldn't miss Urbino, a UNESCO world heritagecity filled with artistic treasures, while the fascinating Frasassi caves, one of Europe's most spectacular cave systems, are also within easy reach.
