Casa Montjuic is an apartment in a TWO-FAMILY VILLA, immersed in the natural beauty of the Porto Conte park just a few minutes from the lively center of Alghero. Comfortable and large living area with TV and sofa. The kitchen is complete, equipped with all comforts and equipped with all utensils, crockery, DISHWASHER and WASHING MACHINE. Spacious triple bedroom with window onto the garden, consisting of a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with modern shower and large equipped patio, ideal for those seeking positive energy, tranquility and rest. Own means of transport recommended: car or motorbike. The accommodation is equipped with a free internal PRIVATE PARKING SPACE. The entrance to the property is via a gate for which you will be provided with the key. Semi-detached villa, the large outdoor spaces such as a large GARDEN, equipped BARBECUE area and square could be shared with other guests. All the most beautiful BEACHES of the Coral Riviera are located a few minutes drive from the house. RELAX AND RECHARGE IN THIS OASIS OF QUIET AND ELEGANCE. Alghero airport is 8.6 km away (9 minutes by car or motorbike). Porto Torres is 36 km away (33 minutes by car or motorbike).
