The detached house is located just 10 minutes from the sea and 18 minutes from the port of Porto Torres. We offer the possibility of using a terrace where you can cook with the BBQ and gas plate and contemplate relaxing sunsets. Furthermore, compatibly with our needs, we also offer a large veranda with a fireplace where you will find two lovely cats. Possibility of parking your bikes in our garage equipped with tools to fix the bikes. Possibility to park the car for free and without difficulty, a few meters from the house
I am a geography teacher and a tour guide from Sardinia We don't just offer accommodation but EXPERIENCES. We give our guests the opportunity to taste food and wine, archaeological and cultural experiences, typical Sardinian cooking lessons (making the famous seadas, ravioli, Sardinian desserts etc), social eating, Taste organic Cannonau wine and typical Sardinian liqueurs. Tourist excursions to the most interesting sites in Sardinia. Get to know the heart of Sardinia and eat typical Sardinian dishes with the shepherds.
The house is surrounded by various services such as: pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, ATMs, gardens, cycle paths and convenient bus stops. It is also just a few minutes from the industrial/commercial area and the centre The house is situated on the outskirts and 200 meters to the road which connects to the sea. It is served by both urban and extra-urban public transport to go to the beach. The stop for the sea is 350 m away while the one for the city center is 170 m away. It is also located 1.5 km from the commercial area and 3 km from the historic center of Sassari. It is easy to find parking a few meters from the house. there is a wide cycle path.
