Property information

A house in the centre of Caldana, in the heart of the Maremma. La Casa nelle Mura is located in the historic part of the village, behind the church, in the street of the arches. Natural stone facades, wooden windows, arches and ancient elements dominate the first impression. The small house has three floors: On the ground floor is the living room with a 3-seater sofa, a dining area for 4 people with an open fireplace and the kitchen with an oven, 4-burner cooker and dishwasher. On the first floor, designed as an open room, there is a single bed with a wardrobe and a desk. The single room leads to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a second bathroom with a large bathtub, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The house is ideal for 3 persons. Not suitable for small children and people with ambulatory problems, given the internal stairs. The house is part of the Diffuse Tourist Accommodation Project, which aims to enhance the villages by generating new services for the citizen and temporary resident.
